As a dedicated cattle farmer, Sinky takes pride in rearing his own cattle, ensuring the finest steaks for your meal. Expect a true farm to table experience.

Sinky's Grill offers a unique, private dining experience for between 2-6 guests. During your booking, dining is exclusively yours.

Sinky’s Beer Garden & Grill is a culmination of inspirations and passions.

Influenced by his travels to Brazil, Sinky discovered the art of Churrascaria cuisine, igniting a newfound appreciation for meat preparation and communal dining.

Eager to share his discoveries and farm-reared beef, Sinky transformed his love for grilling into an engaging culinary concept.

With a belief in slow dining and fostering genuine connections, Sinky invites guests to savour food as it’s meant to be enjoyed – together, in good company.

All meat is reared on the farm here at Lochend

With a thriving herd of 60+ cattle, quality and sustainability is prioritised in every aspect of the operation.

The cattle enjoy a diet of lush grass, complemented by local produce such as John o’Groats tatties and Highland Whisky barley mash.

Through careful breeding with premier bulls and cows, including limousin, Charolais, and British blue breeds, premium beef cuts are consistently produced, embodying the essence of Sinky’s Beer Garden & Grill.
